    • Configure and support HL7 and/or DICOM interface integrations and troubleshoot connectivity or data-exchange issues.
    • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical problems during installation and implementation, escalating to support teams when appropriate.
    • Complete project activities according to established timelines while working toward customer acceptance and successful deployment.
    • Contribute to improving implementation methodologies, technical documentation, tools, and processes.
    • Share product and technical knowledge with customers, project stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
    • Maintain and strengthen technical expertise through continuing education and relevant industry or technology certifications.
    • Requirements:

      • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
      • 5+ years of experience in technical support and/or HL7 interfacing.
      • 5+ years of experience working with ECG information management systems or PACS environments.
      • Hands-on experience with interface brokers such as Orion Rhapsody is highly valuable.
      • Strong knowledge of HL7, XML, and healthcare system integration concepts.
      • Experience working with virtual machine (VM) server environments.
      • Familiarity with networking infrastructure and server architecture is preferred.
      • Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, particularly when diagnosing complex integration issues.
      • Ability to take technical ownership of projects while managing priorities, timelines, and customer expectations.
      • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers and non-technical stakeholders.
      • Fluency in both French and English, written and spoken, is required.
      • Ability to work effectively in a remote and customer-facing field environment.
      • Must be authorized to work in Canada; employer sponsorship for a work-authorized visa is not available for this position.
      • Ability to meet applicable physical, cognitive, and environmental requirements of the role, with reasonable accommodations available where applicable.
      • Benefits:

        • Annual salary range of $77,000–$121,000 CAD, depending on qualifications, experience, and other relevant factors.
        • Potential eligibility for additional compensation, including annual incentive plans, field service incentive bonuses, sales commissions, or long-term incentives, depending on the role and circumstances.
        • Comprehensive employee benefits and total rewards program.
        • Generous paid time off (PTO).

        • Flexible benefit dollars that can be allocated toward eligible HSA, PSA, and RRSP programs.
        • Employee stock purchase plan.
        • Education reimbursement to support ongoing professional development.
        • Fully remote/home-based position in Canada, with the role operating as a customer-facing field position.
