Job Description

Your tasks

  • As a SEEBURGER expert, you will advise our customers on the best approach to integration challenges and the most effective use of our platform
  • You analyse individual customer requirements and create concepts for customised solutions
  • You implement complex technical solutions based on the SEEBURGER product portfolio
  • You support our customers in the smooth commissioning with solution-specific documentation, customer-specific training and as a technical contact person for questions and problems
  • You will typically work in a mixed team consisting of customer employees and SEEBURGER experts, remotely or on site at the customer's premises
  • Depending on your personal experience, you will take responsibility for individual sub-projects or the entire customer relationship
  • Through your feedback to our product management, you will actively contribute to the further development of our products

Your profile

  • You enjoy complex challenges, have a strong analytical mindset and work in a structured and autonomous way
  • You have experience in designing and implementing IT solutions, ideally in the integration environment (B2B, MFT, API)
  • You posses solid general IT knowledge (operating systems, databases, networks, security)
  • You have experience in the EDI environment and are familiar with standard EDI processes
  • Experience in the automotive and retail industries is an advantage, but not essential
  • Additional knowledge in the e-invoicing environment is a plus
  • Ideally, you have several years of experience working with integration platforms (e.g. SEEBURGER, Axway, SAP PI/PO, Tibco, IBM, Cleo, Software AG)
  • You are familiar with message formats such as EDIFACT, VDA, Odette, ANSI X12, XML and SAP IDoc as well as communication protocols like AS2, X.400 / P7, FTP/S, HTTP/S, SFTP, mail
  • Experience with ERP interfaces (e.g. SAP, Oracle, ProALPHA, ABAS, Navision)
  • Experience with cloud services and deployments (AWS, Azure, GDC) is desirable
  • Programming skills are a plus
