The Opportunity

The Integration & Commissioning Manager is responsible for overseeing installation, integration and commissioning activities across multiple mission-critical data center projects within a regional portfolio. Reporting to the European Integration & Commissioning Lead, the role provides operational leadership across ELV systems, controls networks, instrumentation and commissioning execution to ensure projects are delivered safely, consistently and in alignment with quality and performance standards.

The role acts as the regional focal point for field execution, installation coordination, commissioning readiness and delivery assurance across all assigned projects.

What You’ll Do

Delivery Execution:

  • Manage and oversee ELV, controls network, and instrumentation installation activities across multiple concurrent data center projects.
  • Provide regional oversight of subcontractors, vendors, and field delivery teams performing integration and installation works.
  • Ensure installation activities are executed in accordance with approved design documentation, standards, and quality requirements.
  • Track installation progress, site readiness, punch lists, defects, and completion milestones across assigned projects.
  • Support escalation management and resolution of technical and delivery-related site challenges.

Commissioning, QA & Validation:

  • Oversee commissioning execution activities including FAT, SAT, I/O verification, and sequence validation.
  • Coordinate commissioning readiness activities between construction, integration, and commissioning teams.
  • Ensure testing documentation, commissioning records, and validation evidence are completed to required standards.
  • Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective action plans during commissioning activities.
  • Ensure systems meet operational, redundancy, and performance requirements prior to handover.

Integration & Collaboration:

  • Align with Design Manager on constructability and design coherence.
  • Work with TPM to ensure site progress aligns with schedule and budget.
  • Support commissioning teams with validation documentation and testing evidence.

What We’re Looking For

Education & Experience:

  • 8+ years automation execution, commissioning, or QA experience in mission-critical sectors.
  • Proven experience leading FAT/SAT and functional validation.
  • Strong knowledge of QA frameworks, installation quality, and testing methodology.
  • Ability to lead site teams and manage multiple projects in parallel.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Electrical, Automation, or Controls Engineering.
  • Six Sigma, QA certifications, or commissioning qualifications.

Work Authorization / Other Requirements

  • Proof of eligibility to work in the country where the position is located is required
  • Maintain a valid driver’s license
  • Fit for Duty at all times
