We are currently seeking an Integration Assistant Project Manager for our Data Center Group in Mount Pleasant, WI.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage day-to-day integration activities for Telecom, EPMS, BAS, and Security systems
  • Coordinate between MEP trades, controls contractors, low-voltage vendors, IT teams, and commissioning agents
  • Lead integration planning, system architecture alignment, and interface definition
  • Manage integration schedules, dependencies, and milestone tracking
  • Oversee testing planning including FAT, SAT, functional testing, and IST support
  • Maintain integration matrices, network diagrams, point lists, and data flows
  • Track risks, integration gaps, and interface conflicts
  • Lead field coordination for device connectivity, controls integration, and network readiness
  • Manage documentation, as-builts, and turnover packages
  • Support owner/operator integration standards and platform alignment
  • Interface with hyperscale, colo, and enterprise owner teams
  • Support preconstruction integration planning and vendor engagement
  • Participate in constructability and system reliability reviews

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3–5 years experience in systems integration, telecommunications, controls, MEP coordination, or mission-critical construction
  • Working knowledge of Telecom, EPMS, BAS platforms, and Security systems
  • Understanding of network architecture, protocols, and integration interfaces
  • Strong coordination, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Data Center/Mission-critical experience preferred
