In this role, you'll:


The Integration Advisor coordinates the process of identifying and capturing community needs through analysis of customer and community insights and trends. The role advocates for the interests of regional communities, works with internal partners to implement solutions, and represents Transport in engagement activities to ensure integrated, safe, and community-responsive outcomes.


What you’ll be doing


• Analyse customer and community insights to inform planning and delivery.


• Support regional transport planning, including SRITP and implementation plans.


• Coordinate integrated, community responsive outcomes across precincts.


• Build strong relationships with councils, community groups, service providers and agencies.


• Represent Transport at external forums and Local Traffic Committees.


• Prepare high quality responses to government requests and correspondence.


• Contribute to behavioural road safety programs and provide safety insights.


• Mentor colleagues and champion a customer centric culture.

About you

Experience in stakeholder engagement, community consultation, or planning within government or infrastructure.

Strong communication skills — written, verbal and interpersonal.

Knowledge of transport planning, active transport and safety principles.

Ability to influence, collaborate and build productive relationships.
