About the Position: This position provides professional services to link individuals leaving Correctional Facilities to mental health and substance abuse services, housing, and recovery support in the community. The individual selected for this position will manage a caseload, participate as a member of an interdisciplinary team working closely with correctional staff, work collaboratively with social benefits and educational assistance entities, and screen and refer individuals to various state-wide reentry programs.
Recruiting for the following work location: Lexington, OK (Joseph Harp Correctional Center)
Minimum Qualifications and Experience: Master’s degree in a behavioral health field or closely related behavioral science field and one year of experience in professional case management behavioral health services OR a bachelor’s degree in a behavioral health field and two years of professional experience in professional case management behavioral health services.
Special Requirements: Applicants must be willing and able to fulfill any job-related travel normally associated with this position. Additionally, applicants must be Case Management II certified or be eligible to receive certification within six (6) months of hire date.
