This role is ideal for experience sales representatives specialized in project logistics and preferable brings existing customer relations.

Role Summary

As an Integrated Sales Representative within the team, you will be responsible for identifying, targeting and acquiring new customers with primary focus on new logo acquisition within Project Logistics.

You will drive the entire sales cycle—from prospecting and building pipelines to solution design, negotiations, and closing business together with the Maersk Project Logistics team—while collaborating closely with operations and solution design teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive new logo acquisition within the Industrial segment.
• Build and manage a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, networking, market intelligence, and outbound sales activities.
• Identify customer supply chain challenges and position Maersk's integrated logistics solutions to address their business needs.
• Develop and execute account acquisition plans for target customers.
• Lead commercial discussions, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract closures.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design compelling customer solutions across the Logistics & Services portfolio with primary focus on Project Logistics.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Ensure CRM data quality and disciplined pipeline management.
• Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and growth objectives.
• Act as a strong ambassador for Maersk's Integrator Strategy and value proposition.
• Willingness to travel regularly, when needed.

We Are Looking For

• Experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing commercial roles preferably within Project Logistics
• Strong acquisition mentality with a passion for acquiring new customers and creating growth opportunities.
• Proven track Record in new logo acquisition and independently generating business opportunities.
• Experience within logistics, multi products, hunting and knowledge in the Industrial Segment is an advantage
• Proven ability to prospect, generate leads, and build commercial pipelines.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and translate them into value-based solutions.
• Strong relationship-building capabilities with both customers and internal stakeholders.
• Strategic mindset combined with a hands-on, execution-focused approach.
• Self-driven, resilient, and motivated by delivering results.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in English and German; additional local language skills are an advantage.
