The Opportunity
CACI is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Senior Integrated Master Scheduler and Team Lead to support our Submarine Industrial Base Program. In this role, you will lead the development, integration, and execution of complex scheduling activities aligned with program and project requirements across a high-visibility, mission-critical portfolio. You will serve as both a senior scheduling expert and a leader responsible for guiding a team of schedulers and analysts, ensuring consistency, accuracy, and effective communication across all scheduling efforts.


You will play a critical role in maintaining and overseeing Integrated Master Schedules, tracking key deliverables, supporting strategic planning efforts, and synchronizing activities across cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Your expertise in scheduling methodologies, data analysis, risk assessments, and schedule governance will directly support operational efficiency, program execution, and informed decision-making in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities
Lead the development, integration, maintenance, and oversight of Integrated Master Schedules to ensure alignment with program objectives, deliverables, and contractual obligations.
Serve as the scheduling team lead, providing guidance, oversight, mentorship, and quality control for assigned schedulers and support personnel.
Establish and manage scheduling standards, processes, reporting rhythms, and governance procedures across the program.
Review Statements of Work (SOWs), Purchase Orders (POs), and program documentation to identify deliverables, dependencies, and Level of Effort (LOE) activities for integration into the IMS.
Coordinate across government stakeholders, program leadership, vendors, and cross-functional teams to ensure schedule alignment and execution transparency.
Monitor execution against milestones, key events, and significant accomplishment criteria, proactively identifying risks, schedule conflicts, and mitigation strategies.
Conduct Integrated Master Schedule analyses, including critical path assessments, schedule slack analysis, predecessor/successor logic reviews, and Schedule Risk Assessments (SRAs).
Develop recovery plans, alternate scheduling scenarios, and forecasting models to support informed decision-making and program execution.
Establish and manage schedule update cycles, input/output rhythms, and reporting processes to ensure timely and accurate program visibility.
Develop and maintain comprehensive deliverables tracking systems to monitor obligations associated with Purchase Orders, contracts, and program milestones.
Support strategic planning efforts through long-range roadmap development, schedule integration, and revision cycles.
Prepare and deliver reports, briefings, dashboards, and recommendations to senior leadership and government stakeholders.
Support data collection, collation, interpretation, and analysis of schedule and performance metrics across the program portfolio.
Independently manage high-visibility and mission-critical scheduling activities with minimal oversight.

Qualifications
Required:
Active SECRET Clearance.
10+ years of relevant scheduling, program management, or project controls experience with a BA/BS degree, or MA/MS degree preferred. Additional years of experience may substitute for degree requirements.
PMP, PMI-SP, or equivalent scheduling/project management certification
Demonstrated experience developing, integrating, managing, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for complex, high-visibility programs.
Experience leading teams, coordinating cross-functional efforts, and overseeing the work of junior or mid-level schedulers and analysts.
Strong analytical skills with experience conducting critical path analysis, schedule risk assessments, forecasting, and schedule performance analysis.
Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools such as Microsoft Project

There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:

$82,100-$172,400
