CWS Workwear is looking in one of our locations in Central Eastern Europe for

Integrated Marketing Specialist POL/CEE (m/f/d)

You can look forward to these tasks

• Ensure alignment of regional campaign strategy with overall sales, marketing and product strategy as well as regional and overall business priorities

• Create, implement and measure the impact of integrated marketing campaigns leveraging all marketing channels - advertising, digital / social media, collateral and events in collaboration with Communications and Sales

• Drive global brand targeting customers, influencers and potential employees, including leveraging existing relationships and building new alliances with university, professional and industry partners

• Responsible for creating and maintaining print and digital marketing materials including newsletters, technical literature, presentations, direct mail and advertisements

• Maintain an enterprise mindset, working closely with Sales, Product Management and Communications teams to ensure alignment in events and campaign messaging

• Monitor and measure campaign Return on Investment (ROI) to ensure we consistently implement successful promotional campaigns and programs

• Manage the relationship with organizers, agencies and consultants for execution events and campaigns

• Manage assigned budget in line with plan

These skills set you apart

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus

• Proficiency in marketing analytics and reporting tools

• Proven experience (3+ years) in integrated marketing, with a track record of successful campaign development and execution

• Demonstrated experience working across the marketing mix

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and meet tight deadlines; Creative thinker with the ability to bring innovative ideas to the table

• English Language skills, Polish, Czech or Slovak Language skills are a plus

• Familiarity with the latest trends in digital marketing and emerging channels
