The Integrated Marketing Specialist is an integral, strategic, and impactful member of the Integrated Marketing team within the AEG Presents Global Partnerships division, supporting music festivals, venues, tours, digital media, and branded content.

This is a core executional role primarily responsible for leading the development, creation, and execution of high-impact, integrated marketing materials that drive revenue across AEG Presents’ live music portfolio. The Integrated Marketing Specialist plays the key role in translating sales objectives, 360 brand strategy, cultural insights, and creative concepts into sales-ready presentations, custom brand proposals, RFP responses, and go-to-market materials that win new business, increase renewals, and expand partnership growth.

Essential Functions

  • Lead the development and execution of high-impact, fully integrated, marketing proposals to win business and drive revenue. Partner directly with the Sales and Integrated Marketing teams to translate client needs, deal strategy, and creative direction into compelling presentation narratives.
  • Assist andadvisecoordinators/junior team members in the production of materials and vetting of strategic marketing solutions. Ensure proposals/sales materials are polished and delivered on deadline.
  • Own the development of festival and partnership recaps. Create detailed reports for the department and partners based on festival/show/event attendance, demographics, and exposure.
  • Support internal brainstorms and working sessions by sharing relevant insights, capturing notes, and assisting with next steps and follow-ups that result in revenue generation for the business.

Required Qualifications

  • BA/BS Degree (4-year) Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Business, Creative Arts/Design, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years sales or partnership development experience, particularly related to marketing assets and sponsorships.
  • 2-4 years experience in marketing or creative strategy, ideally within the live entertainment events, brand, or media industry (e.g. music, sports, festivals, venues)
  • 2-4 years proven track record of ideation and creative development, from concept to finished product, including approval processes.
  • 2-4 years experience in competitive analysis and market trend analysis to inform strategy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams) and presentation design tools including Canva and Adobe Photoshop
  • Demonstrated experience crafting and developing integrated marketing proposals that align business objectives with creative solutions
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to translate marketing strategy into clear, compelling narratives
  • Strong foundation in marketing, PR, graphic design, and project management
  • Highly organized and detail oriented, skilled in project organization, prioritization, and proactive problem solving
  • Resourceful, innovative, and collaborative. Must have a strong work ethic, is a self-motivated learner able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Creative thinker who develops “out of the box” industry-leading solutions.
  • Knowledge of the music and entertainment industry preferred

Payscale: $57,332-$72,406.42

Bonus: This position is eligible for a bonus under the current bonus plan requirements.
