Who we are looking for

We are seeking an Integrated Marketing Program Manager to support the planning, governance, and execution of integrated marketing programs tied to New Product Launches.

This role helps drive the product launch planning and execution rhythm by keeping launch priorities, cross-functional workstreams, marketing deliverables, readiness checkpoints, and executional handoffs organized, aligned, and moving forward.

This individual will work as part of a collaborative activation squad, partnering across Integrated Marketing Program Management, Comms Planning, and cross-functional teams to connect strategy to execution through strong coordination, communication, and operational discipline.

What you will be responsible for

1| End-to-End Launch & GTM Execution

  • Build and manage executional program timelines across creative development, production, localization, and channel plans toensure launch readiness across regions and channels.

  • Coordinate with internal teams to keep milestones, approvals, program and launch activities on track.

  • Drive alignment with leadership and cross-functional stakeholders byestablishingshared goals, RACIs, milestones,anddependencies

  • Identifypotential risks, manage escalation paths, and drive resolution tomaintainmomentum and delivery confidence.

  • Maintain project and planning materials, includingprogram plans,timelines,statusand deliverytrackers,anddeliverables lists

  • Support forward planning by ensuring work begins withappropriate leadtime, resourcing, stakeholder alignment, and readiness planning.

2| ProductLaunch Execution & Logistics

  • Drive the operationalization and adoption of launch execution processes, helping ensure key steps, ownership, dependencies, and handoffs are clear and consistently understood

  • Serve as a cross-functional connector for Marketing across Product,Ecomm, Business Planning, Training, and Customer Support

  • Lead planning and forecasting for marketing localizations, improving process efficiency, quality, and executional readiness across launch cycles.

  • Manage product sample, seeding, PR, and review-unit ordering workflowsfor Marketing bypartnering with Product, Supply Chain, and Demand Planning

3 | Campaign and Asset Execution

  • Support the development and delivery of assets across relevant marketing channels.

  • Coordinate creative reviews, routing, feedback consolidation, and approvals.

  • Track asset readiness andfacilitatedelivery offinal deliverablesto cross-functional teams.

  • Oversee localization workflowsformarketing assets, ensuring they are adapted and delivered to support global execution.

4 | Operational Excellence & Continuous Process Improvement

  • Identifyprocess gaps, bottlenecks,delays totimeline, resource constraints, and cross-functional misalignment early; escalate risks and drive resolution

  • Identifyopportunities to streamline ways of working, reduce ambiguity, improve handoffs, and increase visibility across teams.

  • Support the development and upkeep of templates, process guides, asset trackers, readinessandlaunch checklists, planning calendars, and program documentation.

  • Lead post-season and post-program process reviews toidentifyhow future planning cycles can improve.

What we value

  • 5-7years in project management, program management, marketing operations, integrated planning, brand marketing, or a related field.

  • Strong ability to build and manage planning calendars, milestone trackers, decision logs, readiness checklists, status updates, and project documentation.

  • Strong working knowledge of project management and collaboration tools, including Smartsheet, to support program planning, resource coordination, milestone tracking, governance, and executive-level status reporting.

  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams

  • Experience supporting integrated marketing programs, launch planning, or cross-functional marketing operations.

Our compensation is thoughtfully tailored to your skills, experience, education, and location, and goes beyond base salary. The hiring range for this position in the primary work location of Framingham, Massachusetts is: $107,700-$148,050.The hiring range for other Bose work locations may vary.
