Drive patient activation and consumer-facing integrated marketing initiatives, with a primary focus on Diabetes, by translating brand strategies and business priorities into patient engagement programs across digital and other relevant touchpoints.
This role is responsible for independently driving patient activation programs, cross-functional coordination and agency collaboration to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of integrated marketing initiatives.
1. Integrated Marketing & Patient Activation
- Translate Diabetes brand strategies and business priorities into patient-facing integrated marketing and activation plans.
- Develop patient engagement approaches and campaign concepts based on patient insights and channel opportunities.
- Lead the planning and execution of assigned patient activation initiatives across relevant touchpoints.
2. Cross-functional Coordination
- Drive day-to-day collaboration with Brand Teams, Social Media, E-commerce, Medical, Legal, Compliance, Corporate Affairs, Procurement and other relevant functions.
- Facilitate alignment and approvals to ensure effective and compliant execution of patient-facing initiatives.
3. Agency Management
- Independently manage creative, digital, and media agencies.
- Develop clear agency briefs, provide strategic and creative feedback, and ensure quality and timely delivery.
4. Content & Campaign Execution
- Coordinate the development, adaptation and approval of patient-facing content and marketing assets across channels.
- Ensure consistency of key messages and patient experience across digital and other relevant touchpoints.
- Ensure all activities comply with internal processes and applicable regulatory requirements.
5. Performance Tracking & Optimization
- Track and consolidate campaign KPIs, patient engagement metrics and relevant digital performance indicators.
- Capture campaign learnings and patient insights and recommend opportunities for continuous optimization.
Qualifications
l Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Communications, Public Health, Pharmacy, Marketing or a related field;
l 3–5 years of experience in marketing, integrated marketing, project management, or agency account management.
l Experience managing cross-functional projects involving multiple stakeholders.
l Experience working with creative, social, media or PR agencies.
