About the Team
As part of the North America (NA) Business Marketing, our Canada Business Marketing team aims to help businesses and brands unleash their creative side, connect with our audience, and drive revenue and growth. We are looking for a marketing expert to help us listen better, be more agile and continually look for ways to deliver real value to all of our stakeholders, internal and external, and across Canada.
The Integrated Marketing Manager sits within the Canada Business Marketing team focused on connecting industry insights, platform performance, cultural touchstones and audience needs to scale our point of view across channels and help drive new business. The ideal candidate shares our love for creativity, collaboration and community, and is unendingly passionate about their power to have a positive impact on our world. They thrive in cross-functional environments, partnering closely with teams across sales, product, content, marketing partners and CRM to drive cohesive, high-impact outcomes for the market. They take a hands-on approach to strategy and marketing planning, contributing across the full lifecycle, from content development to event execution, while maintaining a strong attention to detail and creative excellence. Comfortable wearing multiple hats, they bring an agile mindset, quickly adapting to evolving priorities and stepping outside their primary skill set when needed. They have a strong appetite for learning and are energized by working beyond their comfort zone to deliver meaningful business impact.

Responsibilities
- Align with North America Business Strategy, Marketing Ops and Global Marketing teams to localize key initiatives for Canada, focusing on priority growth areas and developing impactful marketing programs that support the market.
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies focused on new client acquisition, managing campaigns from strategic planning through execution and optimization.
- Support go-to-market (GTM) initiatives by creating compelling content and messaging tailored to specific channels, tactics, and audience segments.
- Partner with Product Marketing Communications teams to uncover and leverage platform insights that strengthen TikTok's market positioning across sales enablement materials, thought leadership content, and industry speaking engagements.
- Lead the development and execution of content pillars for Canada's B2B owned events, industry conferences, and sponsorships, ensuring alignment with business objectives and audience needs.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to develop and optimize CRM/email marketing programs for Canada, leveraging audience insights and campaign performance data to improve engagement and conversion.
- Expand TikTok For Business' case study library focusing on key products and omnichannel strategies from the Canadian market
- Serve as a strategic marketing partner to the Canada Global Business Solutions organization
- Maintain and manage a centralized source of truth for sales enablement, ensuring playbooks, training materials, case studies, and resources remain current, organized, and easily accessible.
- Multi-task across simultaneous projects and deadlines, collaborating across teams to ensure timely execution and delivery of high-quality marketing initiatives.
