Candidates should be prepared to demonstrate and discuss their AI usage throughout the interview process, including concrete examples of tools, workflows, and outcomes. We look for practical, hands-on experience, not theoretical familiarity.

This Role

Norm is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to design, orchestrate, scale, and measure integrated marketing campaigns that support our business priorities and drive demand, engagement, and revenue with our target clients. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll build the campaign frameworks and cross-channel motions that connect our content, events, digital programs, and account-based efforts into cohesive journeys that move buyers from awareness to activation.

This role requires a sophisticated understanding of marketing with demonstrated success in integrated campaign strategy and execution across the full customer lifecycle. You'll develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies and create compelling programs that bring to life our brand narrative and company mission.

What You’ll Do

• Coordinate campaigns: Design and lead integrated campaigns across key audiences and target clients, establishing scalable frameworks and processes that connect digital, events, content, and ABM channels into cohesive buyer journeys
• Execute the strategy: Create and implement campaign programs including thought leadership moments, paid programming, nurture streams, executive engagement programs, and ABM activations.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration: Collaborate with stakeholders across Marketing, GTM, and Norm Law to ensure campaigns align with company-wide strategy while meeting client- and narrative-specific needs
• Maintain the message: Coordinate across Marketing to ensure consistent messaging and positioning across all campaign touchpoints
• Drive project management: Manage campaign resources including agency partners, vendors, and internal creative and content stakeholders to deliver programs on time and on budget
• Own the metrics: Drive continuous improvement through post-campaign analysis, stakeholder feedback, and data-driven optimization

What We’re Looking For

Core Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in demand generation, integrated marketing, or campaigns.
• Have a track record of successfully building and scaling integrated campaign programs that span digital, events, content, and ABM channels
• Have strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to campaign optimization and attribution
• Have strong project management skills with experience managing complex, multi-channel campaigns simultaneously
• Are comfortable with ambiguity and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments with a bias for thoughtful action
• Creative and strategic thinking, you can turn a vague idea or goal into a concrete, compelling plan and see it through to execution

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI, legal technology, regulation and policy, or another complex enterprise category
• Scaled integrated marketing programs across channels
• Expertise in 2-3 marketing channels (paid, webinars, content, etc.) with a passion to excel in new ones (AEO, social, etc.)

What Success Looks Like

30 Days

• Develop a strong understanding of Norm’s GTM model, business priorities, audiences, and existing campaign commitments.
• Build relationships with key internal stakeholders and assess current partners, processes, and capabilities.

60 Days

• Present a prioritized integrated campaign plan, including what channels to invest in, areas for optimization, and what to deprioritize
• Define initial concepts, target audiences, channel tactics, budgets, and success measures for priority programs.

90 Days

• Establish a clear roadmap for Norm’s integrated campaigns
• Move the first priority program into execution with aligned stakeholders, ownership, timelines, and measurement.

Compensation and Benefits

Range: $120K - $160K

The range displayed in this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new-hire salary for this position. Within the range, individual pay is determined by various factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
