Integrated Marketing Manager
Areas of responsibility/job description:
- Regional Coordination and Strategic Integration
Serving as the core communication hub between the domestic headquarters, the European central office, and the local market, accurately understanding and integrating the group's overall brand strategy; breaking down cross-border communication barriers to translate the headquarters' macro-strategy into a marketing roadmap tailored to the local market.
- Importer Collaboration and Empowerment
Establishing a deep strategic partnership with the general agent; actively participating in and guiding the general agent's annual/quarterly marketing plans, collaboratively planning localized marketing campaigns, new car launches, and in-store customer acquisition activities to ensure frontline actions remain highly consistent with the brand's core tone.
- Brand Building and Localization Breakthrough
Comprehensively controlling the brand communication matrix and public relations rhythm in the local market; combining local cultural background, jointly planning impactful localized marketing events, cross-industry collaborations, and media test drives with the general agent to continuously enhance brand awareness and reputation among local audiences.
- Budget Coordination and ROI Control
Comprehensively managing the planning, allocation, and approval of marketing budgets for the European region/local market; establishing a scientific expense allocation and verification mechanism, and conducting rigorous data monitoring and ROI analysis of all marketing investments.
- Cutting-edge insights and public opinion defense
Follow up on local market macro policies, industry trends and core competitors' actions, and regularly provide front-line intelligence to domestic and international middle platforms; collaborate with general agents to establish local mainstream media and KOL networks, and properly respond to and manage potential brand public relations crises.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of marketing-related work experience with extensive leadership experience.
- A proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies in the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
- Ability to deliver outstanding results during the current media transformation.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and trends to guide marketing decisions.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- In-depth understanding of automotive market trends, consumer behavior, and the regulatory environment.
- English proficiency is required for work; Spanish and Portuguese are a plus.
