Team Introduction
Our team aims to connect with our client partners, industry stakeholders and drive growth for their businesses using TikTok's suite of products & services. We will work with cross-functional teams such as Product, Sales , Marketing, Trust & Safety, Global Marketing & manage an annual calendar for SEA Team to activate several touch points to communicate our core value proposition of a trusted entertainment platform that drives impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and lead B2B marketing communications strategies to engage and influence key stakeholders, including brands, media agencies, creative agencies, ecosystem partners, and industry associations.
- Drive end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns across lead generation, events, scaled education, partner enablement, content marketing, email marketing, social media, PR, and other growth initiatives.
- Shape strategic narratives and produce impactful content that influences key stakeholders, drives market engagement, and elevates the organization's thought leadership and brand reputation.
- Independently lead high-impact, cross-functional projects in collaboration with sales, product, finance, operations, and regional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Manage business marketing planning and reporting processes, including OKRs, QBRs, annual planning, and performance tracking of key initiatives.
- Analyze marketing channel performance, particularly events and field marketing initiatives, to derive actionable insights, optimize effectiveness, and scale best practices.
- Oversee marketing budget management, including resource allocation, governance, utilization tracking, and reporting to support business growth objectives.
- Partner closely with regional and market teams to strengthen alignment, drive operational synergy, and elevate business performance across APAC.
