About the role
We have multiple opportunities for people with experience across Integrated Logistics Support.

As an Integrated Logistics Consultant, you will support a range of Defence projects across Australia that require analysis, advice and delivery across logistics and supply chain environments. You will work with clients to understand their needs, assess existing systems and processes, and provide advice and technical solutions within project environments.

This role is well suited to professionals who enjoy working across diverse projects, engaging with stakeholders, and applying their skills to analyse problems and deliver practical outcomes.

What you will be involved with

• Providing consultancy advice and technical solutions to clients in project environments.

• Supporting both billable client work and non-billable internal activities.

• Working across a range of projects with varying requirements and priorities.

• Building and maintaining relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Understanding client needs, challenges and objectives.

• Conducting assessments and analysis of systems, processes and projects.

• Identifying areas for improvement and proposing solutions.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams including engineers, logisticians, technicians and end users.

• Preparing technical reports, project documentation and presentations.

• Maintaining accurate records, documentation and project information.

What we would like from you

• Relevant Defence or Defence Industry experience.

• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Demonstrated ability to solve complex issues and develop effective solutions.

• Ability to understand client needs, challenges and objectives.

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess systems and processes.

• Ability to work across different projects and adapt to changing requirements.

• Willingness to contribute across a range of tasks, including outside core skill areas where required.

• Australian Citizen with an active or suspended NV1 clearance.
