An experienced behavioral health leader who is passionate about improving the lives of individuals facing mental health and substance use challenges. You are a skilled clinician with strong leadership abilities who thrives in a collaborative, integrated care environment. You understand how to coordinate complex services, guide clinical teams, and ensure high-quality treatment delivery.
You build strong relationships with staff, community partners, and individuals receiving services. You are organized, adaptable, and comfortable balancing clinical oversight, team leadership, and program operations. You enjoy mentoring staff, supporting their professional growth, and ensuring individuals receive coordinated, person-centered care that supports long-term recovery.
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO:
- Provide leadership and oversight for outpatient integrated care services, ensuring high-quality, coordinated behavioral health care
- Supervise, coach, and support clinicians and other team members, including conducting regular supervision and completing staff evaluations
- Guide and support the development of individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the treatment team
- Coordinate care across providers and community resources to ensure individuals receive comprehensive, integrated services
- Assist with clinical assessments, admissions, and discharge planning as needed
- Support the team in providing therapeutic and educational programming for individuals receiving services
- Ensure compliance with documentation standards and maintain accurate, confidential health records
- Monitor program performance indicators such as caseload utilization and service authorization requirements
- Provide consultation and expertise to staff, community partners, and treatment teams regarding behavioral health services
- Foster a positive, collaborative team culture that supports staff development, accountability, and high-quality care
- Help individuals access appropriate services and resources as they move through treatment and transition toward recovery
- Make a meaningful impact in the lives of individuals and families working toward improved mental health and stability

QualificationsWHAT YOU'LL NEED:
Educational/Experience Requirements:
1. Master's Degree required in Social Work, Counseling, or related field preferred.
2. 5 or more years' experience in providing Behavioral Health services.
3. 2 or more years' experience supervising personnel.
4. Demonstrated knowledge of community resources.
5. Experience working with persons who have or struggle with mental health challenges, substance use disorders, and/or homelessness.
Licensing or other requirements:
1. Valid Nebraska driver's license. Clean DMV record.
2. Must be at least 21 years of age.
3. Active LIMHP or LADC licenses in the State of Nebraska.
