BP America Prod Co (EP) is seeking an Integrated Geologist to join our team. This role involves applying advanced geological and geophysical techniques to support exploration and production efforts, focusing on subsurface characterization, risk assessment, and well delivery optimization.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage and analyze geological and geophysical data, ensuring data integrity and consistency.
• Develop and refine depositional and stratigraphic frameworks to understand subsurface architecture.
• Perform geohazard assessments to mitigate risks during drilling and production operations.
• Conduct geomechanical analysis and reservoir geomechanics studies to optimize well design and completion.
• Integrate geological and geophysical data for comprehensive subsurface interpretation, including petrophysical seismic lithology and static reservoir characterization.
• Execute seismic interpretation, encompassing stratigraphic, structural, and seismic stratigraphic interpretations.
• Identify and evaluate pore pressure and fracture gradient (PPFG) for safe and efficient drilling.
• Contribute to Integrated Well Delivery processes, providing geological expertise throughout the well lifecycle.
• Assess and quantify subsurface uncertainty and risk associated with exploration and development projects.
• Ensure accurate geodesy and coordinate integrity for all geological data and interpretations.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Geophysics, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience in Data Management within an upstream oil and gas context.
• Proficiency in developing Depositional framework and Stratigraphic framework models.
• Strong understanding of Geodesy and coordinate integrity principles.
• Experience in Geohazard Assessment and mitigation strategies.
• Practical experience in Geomechanical analysis and Reservoir geomechanics.
• Proven ability in Integrated Well Delivery processes.
• Expertise in Petrophysical Seismic Lithology and Petrophysical Static Reservoir characterization.
• Knowledge and experience in PPFG detection.
• Advanced skills in Seismic Interpretation, including Seismic stratigraphic interpretation and Seismic structural interpretation.
• Ability to evaluate Subsurface uncertainty and risk effectively.
