Susan B. Anthony Pro-Life America’s communications team is seeking an Integrated Digital Manager — a skilled and mission-driven digital communicator who will help strengthen SBA’s online presence and advance our work to protect unborn children. In this role, you will support SBA’s digital strategy across platforms, manage day-to-day digital operations, and help create compelling content that reaches and motivates audiences nationwide. You will work closely with our digital, communications, and policy teams to ensure SBA’s message is clear, timely, and effective.

About SBA

Founded in 1992, SBA Pro-Life America is the nation’s leading pro-life political organization. Together with our research arm, the Charlotte Lozier Institute, and our community-based initiative, Her PLAN, we work to end abortion through policy, education, and grassroots engagement.

Requirements

• 3-7 years of experience in digital communications, political strategy, a large agency, or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with conservative political communications or pro-life messaging.
• Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Sprout Social) and project management platforms (e.g., Asana).
• Ability to use digital tools to support research, content creation, and workflow.
• Commitment to SBA’s pro-life mission and values, and comfort working with elected officials and candidates.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong understanding of digital strategy and how online engagement supports political and policy goals.
• Experience managing digital projects or campaigns with measurable results.
• Ability to stay calm and focused in a fast-paced, rapid-response environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work across teams.

Supervisory Responsibility

There is no supervisory responsibility for this role.

Position Type/Expected Hours

This position is a full-time position. Hours are typically 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday-Friday. This is an in-office position.

Some weekend and evening work may be required.

Travel

This position may require occassional travel for special events or meetings.

Salary Description

$55,000 - $70,000 annually.
