Role: Integrated Designer, 18-month FTC (f/m/d)

Location: Hamburg, Germany

About the role:

Join our dynamic team as a delivery-focused Integrated Designer and play a key role in producing work for multiple clients in Hamburg and across Germany. In this role, you’ll take digital, print, and social content projects from brief through to final delivery. The ideal candidate has a sharp eye for detail and can confidently adapt designs, translating campaign assets and brand guidelines into high-impact creative..

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the team to produce design/adaptation to the client’s brief and exacting standards from the outset until completion, including digital, print, and social.
  • Positively influencing clients with creative input in addition to undertaking and pitching new creative concepts when appropriate.
  • Ensure consistency and quality across all design deliverables while adhering to brand guidelines and project specifications in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Have a strong knowledge of the brand guidelines to act as a brand guardian.
  • Communicate and present projects effectively to internal stakeholders and clients, incorporating feedback to refine and iterate designs as needed.
  • Create inspiring and exciting content, from repurposing, reformatting of assets to ideation.
  • Be an entrepreneurial lead on the development of creative and output.
  • Keenly evaluate and monitor industry trends and brands, AI, research industry developments in branding, automation and marketing to be at the forefront of creative excellence.
  • Proactivity and strong project management skills, teamed with an aptitude for managing multiple varying sized projects seamlessly
  • Ability to deliver final artwork and toolkits on digital and print based material.

What good looks like:

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field, plus 3+ years of experience in digital media, motion graphics, web design, artwork, print, production, and automation/AI.
  • You’ll already an Integrated Designer eager for larger challenges and skill growth on big accounts, preferably with experience in large-scale FMCG, especially Beauty or Fashion. Must be versed in multiple channels, including TV, DOOH, press, direct marketing, display, social media, and content creation.
  • 3+ years of professional experience in design, artwork and production
  • Proficiency in German & English (C1)
  • Strong portfolio showcasing a range of design work across various platforms and mediums
  • Ability to engage and build rapport with clients, and organise and influence them
  • Capability to take initiative, think creatively, and solve problems independently
  • Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills, basic Figma knowledge, and an understanding of emerging platforms with a willingness to adopt new software and AI efficiency tools.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with multiple delivery needs – right first time
  • Appreciation of contemporary photography, positioning and cropping, with a skill for basic retouching
  • Strong typography, layout and technical skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Proficient in designing static and animated online banners, social media posts for Instagram and Facebook, web design, and UI design.
  • An understanding of responsive design across all digital platforms
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, AI, social, technology, and marketing to continually enhance the quality and effectiveness of our work
  • Experienced in motion design, storyboarding, and animation using After Effects and Premiere.
  • An understanding of automation software and willingness to embrace them
  • Working on print-based collateral with great knowledge of branding
  • The ability to talk through your ideas confidently with the team and clients
