The Integrated Delivery Program Manager is responsible for leading programs to successfully deliver and support complex product solution implementations. Solution is made up of components, delivered by multiple internal development teams. This role oversees planning, execution, risk management, stakeholder alignment, and delivery across multiple areas, ensuring implementations are completed on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. The Integrated Delivery Program Manager serves as the primary point of coordination between business stakeholders and delivery teams throughout the implementation lifecycle and post-go live ongoing support.
Serves as focal point for all things delivery for specific client(s)
Partners with client-facing team to map solution scope and ‘required by’ dates
Leads delivery teams to build an integrated delivery plan across multiple product delivery teams located onshore and offshore
Manages integrated delivery of all aspects of the program
Tracks gaps in end-to-end solution, dependency management, pushes for ownership and resolution plan
Reports daily and weekly status to leadership, escalates blockers
Leads integrated workstreams and removes obstacles
Identifies opportunities for process improvements
Coordinate cross functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to implement lessons learned and product improvements
Troubleshoot and provide resolutions during deployments or operational rollouts
Drive continuous improvement in support processes
Supports pre-sales analysis of deals and cost estimation across delivery areas
10+ years of experience in Program Management of large software implementations
6+ years of Healthcare Experience (Medicare/Medicaid/Pharmacy)
Strong communication skills with the ability to work across multiple VPs/delivery areas
Background in product development lifecycle and technical support, strong project management skills (planning, execution, stakeholder management)
Strong technical background, ability to understand solution architecture
Experience supporting Medicaid and Pharmacy product development and operations, familiarity with regulatory CMS requirements
Solution-focused approach, ability to thrive in dynamic environment
The pay range for this position is $108,500.00 - $155,000.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
