Purpose of Role

The Integrated Business Planning Manager owns the end-to-end demand planning and S&OP process for Australia and New Zealand, translating commercial and financial targets into aligned channel, category and SKU forecasts.

The role consolidates demand, identifies risks and opportunities, and drives cross-functional actions across Sales, Merchandising, Marketing, Finance and Supply Chain. It also oversees national supply and inventory planning to support product availability, customer order coverage and inventory productivity across Wholesale and DTC.

Your Impact

Forecasting & Demand Management

  • Create, review and consolidate bottom-up forecasts by category, style and SKU, ensuring alignment with commercial targets and supply constraints.
  • Consolidate the rolling demand plan and validate article setup, pricing, requested delivery dates, country of origin, FOB values, local wholesale orders and alignment to targets.
  • Track forecast accuracy at top-down and bottom-up levels, identify drivers of variance and implement actions to improve accuracy.
  • Analyse market and commercial trends, including sell-through, bookings, account door growth and marketing plans, and incorporate insights into the demand plan.

S&OP / IBP & Strategic Planning

  • Lead and further develop the cross-functional S&OP process, establishing a consensus forecast and a clear single view of demand.
  • Identify and communicate risks and opportunities, including gaps to channel targets, inventory exposure and supply constraints.
  • Develop and drive gap-closure action plans between the demand plan, commercial targets and available supply.
  • Provide demand input to local and regional S&OP forums and support decision-making with accurate analysis and reporting.

Supply Planning & Buying

  • Manage the national supply planning process to support customer order coverage, product availability and timely supply across Wholesale and DTC.
  • Manage safety stock, inventory buffers and availability parameters in line with service, inventory-turn and working-capital objectives.
  • Execute the regular buy process and agreed buy-frequency model, validating order forms, requested delivery dates, FOB values, size mapping and order quantities.
  • Review significant unforecasted orders and coordinate ad hoc marketing, exclusive and chase buys, including sales-order requirements by size.

Inventory Management

  • Monitor months of inventory and cover, aged inventory, inventory turns, closeout percentage, DFC targets and excess stock, recommending corrective actions.
  • Partner with Supply Chain to improve inventory productivity and reduce supply or capacity risks.

Your Impact (Cont.)

  • Prepare monthly inventory reporting and presentation materials, including months of inventory, months of cover and aged inventory.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly and Running the Business sales and forecast reporting for local leadership and key stakeholders.
