About the role:
We have a great opportunity for an individual to join our Workflow and Automation team as a Workflow & Automation Specialist (CDD & Finance) here in Birmingham. This role sits within our Business Information Systems team.
The Workflow and Automation team provides technical expertise, development and support for the firm’s enterprise applications, technical workflow and automation solutions.
As a Systems Administrator, you will be a subject matter expert for the firm's Intapp compliance systems including associated workflow tools and integrations. You will work closely with the Compliance and Finance teams, IT, and 3rd party support providers to ensure the effective use, maintenance and enhancements of these systems.
We are looking for someone with at least 2 years' technical experience working with legal compliance or conflict systems and a minimum of 3 years' experience working in the Legal or other regulated sector. Experience with developing workflow solutions for business processes will also be essential.

About you:
You’ll bring strong knowledge of legal compliance processes, and business operations, along with hands-on experience in application support, including system upgrades and project work. You will use this experience to help continuously support and improve the firm's Client Due Diligence and Finance processes. Familiarity with Intapp Conflicts or similar legal compliance systems is highly desirable.
You’ll be self-motivated, organised, and adaptable—able to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as is the ability to build strong relationships and work effectively with stakeholders across the organisation.
