As an Intake Specialist, your work directly impacts our participants' journey to achieving greater independence, confidence and quality of life. You’re the friendly guide, the problem-solver and the organiser who makes everything run smoothly so our clinicians can focus on delivering exceptional care.

Your role:

  • Full time, permanent position.
  • Working hours are Monday to Friday - 8:30 AM to 5 PM
  • Be the first point of contact for our participants and their support network, responding to phone and email inquiries.
  • Schedule and arrange appointments for our Allied Health Professionals; keeping things running smoothly.
  • Set up service agreements, conduct risk assessments and manage waitlists.
  • Keep our database up to date and help with documentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service while supporting the people who need us most.
