In this role, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, ensuring they receive outstanding customer service while gathering the information needed to begin their case.

Key Responsibilities

• 
  Answer incoming calls from potential clients and gather detailed case information
• 
  Conduct client intake interviews with professionalism and empathy
• 
  Schedule consultations and appointments
• 
  Enter and maintain accurate client information in the case management system
• 
  Follow up with prospective clients as needed
• 
  Communicate with attorneys and staff regarding new case intakes
• 
  Maintain confidentiality while handling sensitive information
• 
  Provide exceptional customer service throughout the intake process

Qualifications

• 
  2+ years of intake, customer service, or call center experience (law firm experience preferred)
• 
  Personal injury experience is strongly preferred
• 
  Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 
  Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• 
  Detail-oriented with accurate data entry skills
• 
  Professional phone etiquette
• 
  Proficient with Microsoft Office and case management software
• 
  Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment
