
Summary:
The Intake Specialist independently manages inquiries, performs admission assessments, registers patients, and provides information to individuals seeking services offered at Rogers Behavioral Health (Rogers).
This is a part-time opportunity-- 20 hours per week - Every other weekend: 3pm-11:30pm. Friday & Monday's also on PM Shift but shortened hours
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Accomplish the following pre-admission steps:
Complete all documentation steps for each inquiry and assessment.
Adhere to department standards as it relates to performance measures.
Connect potential patients and/or their representative with outside resources when indicated.
Collaborate with internal departments and external facilities/referents as it relates access to care.
Participate in the On-Call, weekend, and holiday schedule rotation. Is willing to cover at other Rogers locations occasionally if staffing need arises.
Will be trained and willing to cover the receptionist position as needed.
Complete other duties as assigned by Admissions leadership.
Understand and apply policies and procedures in accordance with external regulatory agencies:
Promote department goals and Mission of Rogers Behavioral Health: A. Comply with Rogers culture agreements and all Hospital’s policies and procedures.
