A growing healthcare company in Boro Park is hiring a full-time Intake Representative to manage patient intake and guide new leads through onboarding. The role blends customer service with a sales mindset, so it's a good fit for someone personable who also knows how to close. You'll be the first voice patients hear, so tone and follow-through matter as much as the paperwork.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Management & Conversion

• Answer and follow up on incoming inquiries from prospective patients
• Qualify leads and determine service eligibility
• Follow up with leads to increase conversion rates

Patient Intake & Support

• Guide patients through the intake process with professionalism and care
• Collect and verify patient information and documentation
• Provide clear explanations of services, processes, and next steps

Internal Coordination

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth onboarding

Qualifications

• Prior experience in intake, sales, or customer service in a healthcare setting
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-minded with the ability to motivate and convert leads
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
