Job Description

The Intake Officer for Nurture and Spirits plays a crucial role in the administrative and secretarial functions of our organisation. This position is responsible for managing the intake process, ensuring that all client interactions are handled with professionalism and care. The Intake Officer will contribute to the overall efficiency of our operations, supporting the team in delivering exceptional service to our clients in Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the intake process for new clients, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and ensure data is entered into the system correctly.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline processes and improve client experience.
  • Assist in the preparation of reports and documentation as required by management.
  • Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge relevant to the role.

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree or equivalent experience in administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within a client-facing environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with database management.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
