FlexStaff is seeking an Intake Navigator III to support Medicare and Medicaid eligibility, enrollment, and entitlement processes for our client, a non-profit organization that provides home healthcare services to the elderly, disabled and chronically ill in the New York metropolitan area. This role will handle paperwork, resolve eligibility issues, assist with reporting, and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
