This can be part time role with either a 10-2 or 4-8 PM shift OR a full time role with a 10:00-6:00 PM shift; also a flex schedule can be discussed if you are willing to work some nights or weekends. This is an onsite role. We believe this work is done best together!

You're going to help us continue doing that by helping grow our marketing strategy. The last couple of years have shown us that we can have our best year no matter what obstacles we face. What You Need

This position will work for the Firm to assist in identifying the needs of potential clients and bringing new cases on board for our litigation practice. Prior insurance sales or insurance adjusters preferred, but not required.

The primary job duties for this person are:

1. Receive incoming phone calls for potential clients.
2. Evaluate the potential client's needs and current situation.
3. Either send the potential client to the appropriate attorney for further evaluation, send welcome package, or inform potential client of other resources.
4. Process website leads and referrals the same way.
5. Follow up with potential clients.
6. During free time, follow up with existing clients to determine how we can better serve their needs.

• $45,000/year + Commission
