About the Role
A growing healthcare company is looking for an experienced Intake Director to lead and optimize its intake department. This person will oversee the referral-to-admission process from start to finish, drive revenue growth through smart patient placement, and make sure referrals convert into active cases without falling through the cracks.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership

• Manage and mentor a team of 4–5 intake professionals
• Collaborate with operations, coordination, and marketing teams to ensure smooth patient onboarding

Intake & Conversion

• Oversee all referrals, eligibility verification, and authorization processes
• Maximize referral conversion rates and reduce lost opportunities

Revenue & Process Optimization

• Identify opportunities to optimize revenue through strategic plan placement and payer management
• Monitor intake performance metrics and implement process improvements
• Develop scalable systems and workflows to support company growth
