Shriners Spokane is looking for a full time Intake Coordinator to join our team. The Intake Coordinator processes and tracks new patient applications, schedules and monitors new patient internal referrals, clinic appointments and changes, and communicates with families and Shrine Centers regarding status. Triages patient referrals and patient applications by assessing urgency. Handles inquiries regarding referrals and eligibility requirements. Maintains databases on activity, and prepares statistical reports for Board of Governors, Shrine Centers and Key Volumes reporting. Attends monthly Applications Committee meeting and provides statistical and patient information.
Schedule: Full Time, FTE 1.0 (in person)
The pay range for this position is $20.16/hour - $30.25/hour. Compensation is determined based on years of experience and departmental equity.
