Your Role in Our Mission
As an Intake Coordinator, you play a key role in ensuring individuals experience a smooth, supportive, and timely entry into services. Your work will focus on coordinating and overseeing the intake process, from initial screening to successful referral and follow-up.
You will engage with individuals in a variety of settings — including homes, hospitals, shelters, and community locations — and collaborate closely with internal programs and external partners to ensure individuals are connected to the appropriate level of care.
