The Role

We are seeking an experienced Intake and Sales Representative to lead participant acquisition,
managing intake processes, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new participants. This role combines strategic sales expertise with strong administrative and customer service skills to convert enquiries into successful engagements while maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for new participants, providing clear information, guidance, and support throughout the intake process.
• Manage inbound and outbound sales enquiries and convert leads into participants.
• Complete participants intake assessments to determine eligibility and match services to participants’
  needs.
• Guide participants through the approval process for home care packages, including understanding eligibility criteria, completing required documentation, and liaising with government agencies and funding bodies.
• Contribute to participant retention initiatives by maintaining strong, proactive
  relationships with clients.

About You

• Experience in Support at Home, care management, or a related healthcare setting
  (desirable).
• Understanding of Consumer Directed Care principles and application.
• Analytical, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.
• Skilled at engaging and influencing stakeholders across teams.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, regulated, or changing environments.
• Proactive and committed to continuous improvement.
• The right to work unrestricted in Australia.
• Police Check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
• Current First Aid & CPR (or willingness to obtain).
• Minimum of two doses of COVID-19 vaccination.
