Are you seeking a role with a values-driven for purpose organization where you can support young people in our community? Are you looking for a center-based role to grow your skills? Use your skills and experience to provide solution focused support to young people in our community.
This position provides young people who are homeless or at risk of homelessness with solution focused crisis and early interventions and thorough assessment and referrals, both internal to BYS and to the wider community.

With a vision of New Futures for Young People, BYS is a non-profit organisation that has been working with homeless and vulnerable young people and young families in Brisbane and surrounding areas since 1977.
The organisation employs almost 100 staff and provides emergency assistance, housing, physical and mental health services and specialist programs for young women and young families. Through research and evaluation, we build knowledge to improve outcomes for young people and raise awareness of issues impacting vulnerable young people in our community.
