Compensation & Benefits:
Pay: Starting at $55,000
This position provides essential administrative support to the OhioRISE Intake Department by ensuring the timely, accurate, and efficient processing of referrals, client information, and departmental communications. The Intake Administrative Support Specialist plays a key role in facilitating access to services by creating and maintaining member records, monitoring referral activity, coordinating outreach efforts, and managing centralized communication channels, including the OhioRISE administrative email. This position helps ensure smooth intake operations while supporting quality service delivery to members and families.
Key Responsibilities & Role Highlights
• Monitor, review, and track incoming referrals to ensure timely processing and access to OhioRISE services.
• Create, maintain, and update member charts and records within the electronic health record system, ensuring accuracy and completeness of documentation.
• Coordinate with intake staff, families, providers, and community partners to support referral follow-up and service engagement.
• Conduct outreach activities, including follow-up calls and communication with members and stakeholders regarding services and next steps.
• Manage the OhioRISE administrative email inbox by reviewing, prioritizing, routing, and tracking communications to ensure timely responses.
• Collect, compile, and maintain intake and referral data, assisting with reporting, audits, performance metrics, and data integrity efforts.
• Provide professional customer service and administrative support to clients, families, team members, and external partners while maintaining a service-oriented approach.
• Participate in training, supervision, and team meetings while adhering to agency policies, confidentiality requirements, compliance standards, and other assigned duties.
