Looking for Insured Subcontractors
***Must provide general liability certificate***
***Must provide worker's compensation certificate or exemption***
We typically have at least 20 clients or more at a time. There is a consistent influx of new projects as the majority are insurance claims.
Paid in draws per project. Jobs ranging from $1k to $100k.
Typically consist of sheetrock, paint, trim, subfloor, cabinet and vanity installations, small plumbing repairs. Occasionally deal with framing, roofing, electrical, etc.
Must have reliable transportation and all necessary tools to complete contract
Multiple trades a plus but not required
Taking on more than one project at a time is a plus but not required
