Position Highlights

To assist patients in getting their medical information to insurance companies, or their contracted vendors to assure pre-authorization for hospital admissions and outpatient procedures. Coordinates with Clinic nursing, Business Office and Clinical Departments to assure authorization for services is approved.

Work Schedule:

8:30am-5:00pm Monday-Friday

Education/Experience:

• HS Diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• At least one year of related experience in billing, insurance or registration preferred.
• Healthcare experience preferred.

Licensure/Certification:

No Licensure or Certification required.
