This position will be posted until filled.

In this role you will:

• Lead daily execution and monitoring of the Insurance Program ensuring targets are achieved.

• Act as primary coordinator between brokers, insurers, dealers, OEM, and internal teams.

• Track KPIs, SLA compliance, and performance metrics, escalating issues and proposing solutions.

• Support pricing reviews, loss analysis, and competitiveness benchmarking with actionable insights.

• Coordinate training execution for the dealer network and ensure adoption of best practices.

• Oversee conciliation processes and ensure accuracy of fees and payments.

• Drive commercial initiatives and campaigns to increase penetration and performance.

• Prepare reporting, dashboards, and insights for management decision-making.

What makes You an ideal candidate?

• Bachelor’s degree required.

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance, financial services, or program coordination.

• Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

• Solid analytical and problem-solving capabilities.

• Fluent in Spanish and English.

• Teamwork and collaborative attitude.

• Data Analysis and constant follow-up skills.

• Detail Oriented.

• Self-driven and results oriented.

• Highly responsible and proactive attitude.

• Customer focused approach.

• Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills (Access database management is a plus).

Additional Knowledge and Skills

Working effectively within an AI enabled environment:

• Ability to use AI tools (e.g., Microsoft Copilot) to support daily work
• Skills in evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, compliance, and bias
• Experience integrating AI into workflows to improve efficiency or insights
• Familiarity with AI assisted research, summarization, and content generation
• Understanding of responsible AI use, including ethics and data protection
