Position Summary

As an Insurance Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for generating new business, developing customer relationships, and offering a variety of insurance products tailored to individual needs. You will work closely with dealership customers and prospects to provide coverage solutions while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers
• Educate customers on available insurance products and coverage options
• Generate insurance quotes and present policy recommendations
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate protection plans
• Cross-sell and upsell insurance products when appropriate
• Follow up on leads, referrals, and customer inquiries
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and policy information
• Meet and exceed individual sales and production goals
• Ensure compliance with all insurance regulations and company policies
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process and policy lifecycle
• Collaborate with dealership teams to create additional sales opportunities
