Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue sales opportunities through networking and outreach

• Help clients select insurance coverage that fits their needs

• Build lasting client relationships and provide ongoing support

• Work towards and exceed sales goals for new and existing business

• Use our technology to manage leads and track your progress

• Stay updated on new products and changes from Farmers Insurance

Preferred Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and people skills

• A strong drive to succeed in a competitive sales environment

• Well-organized, independent, and adept at managing time

• Previous experience in sales or customer service

• Willingness to obtain or current possession of relevant insurance licenses (Property & Casualty, Life & Health)
