Key Responsibilities

• Working with our clients to deliver outstanding customer service and administer insurance policies

• Achieve and exceed realistic targets for renewals, retention, and customer satisfaction

• Ensure all work complies with FCA regulations while maintaining the highest standards of client care

• Support clients with queries, policy changes, and advice across a range of insurance products

About You

As one of our Insurance Sales Administrators, you’ll receive full training and support, with the chance to gain industry-recognised qualifications such as Cert CII You should naturally have:

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• A confident telephone manner

• Drive and enthusiasm to learn and develop within insurance

• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task

• Ideally, experience in insurance or financial services (personal lines such as home or motor is a plus)
