Job Requirements
Ideal candidates will have 3-5 years of experience in insurance regulatory matters, real estate transactions, and/or financial services regulation with a particular focus on clients in the insurance industry.
The associate will support the firm’s title insurance practice in a broad range of matters including regulatory due diligence in connection with insurance entity mergers and acquisitions, state insurance department examinations, applications, and licensing matters, and new product or program development. The associate will also advise clients in the settlement services industry on transactional and regulatory matters involving title insurance, escrow operations, affiliated business arrangements, and joint venture title agencies.
Industry experience in title insurance, escrow operations, and/or other settlement services is strongly preferred. Candidates should have strong research, writing, and analytical skills. This position also requires a candidate who is well organized and able to manage multiple matters in a fast-paced environment.

The expected pay range for this position is:
Washington D.C.: $260,000 to $365,000 annually
Los Angeles: $235,000 to $365,000 annually
New York: $250,000 to $365,000 annually
Orange County: $250,000 to $365,000 annually
Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience, location, and other job-related factors permitted by law. Full time employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, health insurance with an optional HSA, short term disability, long term disability, dental insurance, vision care, life insurance, Healthcare and Dependent Care Flexible Spending Accounts, 401K, vacation, sick time, and an employee assistance program.
