This Level II Field Premium Auditor position is a residency-based role located in Central or Northern California.
Responsible for performing both virtual and field premium audits within a multi-functional business unit, with a primary focus on Workers’ Compensation and General Liability policies, and operating within established authority levels. Reviews accounting and financial records to accurately determine exposure and premium for policyholders’ employees and subcontractors.

EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance or related field. Combinations of relevant education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. Progress towards or completion of industry recognized professional designations (i.e. APA, IIA, AIU, CPCU, ARM) preferred. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company’s learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged.
EXPERIENCE:
With proper education credentials, three years relevant insurance experience which provides the necessary skills, knowledge and abilities. Two years Premium Audit experience
SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/ABILITIES (SKA) REQUIRED:
WORKING CONDITIONS:
Work is performed in a virtual/home office environment or in the field with minimal hazards. Travel is required, with occasional overnight stays. Must possess a valid driver's license with a record that meets corporate standards. Ability to lift and carry computer equipment weighing up to 35 lbs.

Pay Range - Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate’s skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $71,000 and $119,570 (P2A)
