You will join the Marketplace team, a department that manages the strategy, operations and scalability of the vast majority of the products offered by Pluxee, with a particular focus on health insurance products.
As an Insurance Operations Trainee, you will support key initiatives to make our business more scalable, efficient, and data-driven.
This is an ideal opportunity for final-year students who want to start their career in business roles, applying structured thinking and problem-solving skills to real operational challenges in a fast-growing tech environment.
From day one, you will colaborate on real projects.
What you’ll be doing
Support the monitoring of service level agreements (SLAs) in day-to-day marketplace operations
Help identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in operational workflows
Assist in building reports and dashboards to track key metrics
Collaborate with different teams (Operations, Product, Customer, Finance) on cross-functional initiatives
Support to process improvement projects and operational optimization
Support data analysis to generate insights for decision-making

Education
Final-year student or recent graduate in Business, Engineering or similar
Experience
Previous internships or academic projects involving data analysis or problem-solving are a plus
Languages
English: professional proficiency
Spanish: native or professional proficiency
