About the role:
As an Insurance Operations Specialist in Insurance Services department you will be a part of a professional team responsible for correct and timely administration of pension insurances pay-outs to our customers, as well as customer onboarding and AML activities.

As an Insurance Operations Specialist you will be responsible for:

Administration of insurance product payouts and ensuring that the process complies with AML regulations
Customer onboarding including AML routines
Providing support to stakeholders and resolving everyday issues
Contributing to a learning culture by sharing your knowledge with colleagues
Participating in process improvement activities
