Our Sales Steering and Product Management team are looking for an Insurance Manager.

What awaits you?

  • You will be responsible for leading and growing BMW Financial Services Insurance in Australia, driving penetration and profitability for Motor Vehicle Insurance and Motorrad Insurance.
  • You will be responsible for developing and implementing insurance offerings and pricing strategies in close cooperation with partners, dealers and the internal team, including pricing and rate changes to drive results.
  • You will be responsible for defining insurance campaign and bundled-offer requirements and developing compelling offers to meet finance and insurance targets across BMW brands, leveraging market insights, analytics, regulatory trends, and cross-BMW Group collaboration.
  • You will establish detailed analytics, dealer scorecards, tailored action plans, a structured sales cadence, and robust partner governance to achieve milestones and sustainable, compliant performance.
  • You will be responsible for developing tools and processes to monitor the finance and market performance of insurance products and campaigns.

What you should bring along?

  • Tertiary qualification in a relevant field with automotive financial services and/or insurance distribution experience.
  • Strong dealer relationship management and influencing skills in matrix environments and adept at turning strategy into executable dealer plans.
  • Detailed reporting and analytics capabilities, including dashboards, scorecards, and funnel analytics, with a proven ability to translate insights into action.
  • Proven project and change execution experience, from concept to delivery, including relaunches, campaigns, and tooling or system changes.
  • Solid understanding of governance, risk, and compliance expectations relevant to insurance distribution and dealer communications.
