Main Duties:

• Respond to inquiries while explaining various products and services
• Collect, manage, and process essential customer documentation
• Generate quotes and handling renewals for multiple insurance lines
• Strengthen client relationships to improve retention and cross-selling
• Work with management to identify and secure new business
• Perform client reviews to pinpoint and bridge coverage gaps
• Stay fully compliant with all industry and legal regulations

What skills do you need?

• Possess a background in insurance brokerage or related financial sectors
• Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership, accountability, and reliability
• Manage interactions with a diverse range of client profiles
• Exhibit superior communication and service skills in both English and Maltese

Eligibility to work in the EU is a must
