Mid-size national civil litigation and insurance defense firm is looking to add an Insurance Defense Attorney with 7+ years' of experience to our team in Texas.
You must work well individually and as part of a legal team and be willing to go above and beyond to successfully meet the unique needs of our clients.
Prior insurance defense experience is preferred as this position will focus on bodily injury defense, construction, and other insurance defense matters. Must be highly proficient in handling civil cases through trial including taking depositions, oral argument and hearing attendance, negotiating settlements, reporting to clients, etc.
Motivated, self-starters need only apply.
Must be currently licensed to practice law in Texas, additional licensure in other States is a plus.
Experience:
· Insurance Defense: 7+ years' (Preferred)
· Bodily Insurance preferred
Education:
· Juris Doctorate (Required)
License:
· Texas Bar in Good Standing (Required)
